Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that the course does not take place on a fixed date. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Talking Hands Ceramics, Lisa Nelhiebel, Herfurthplatz 11, 12049 Berlin, Email: talkinghandsceramics@gmail.com by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal: There is no right of withdrawal for courses that take place on a fixed date (§ 312g Abs. 2 No. 9 BGB), as these are considered leisure events.
